LBNA Access
LBNA Access
A fellow Texan is not able to log into LBNA because his email no longer exists and he can't change it in LBNA unless he logs in under the old one. Since the webmasters don't seem to be answering emails, I'm asking here if there is any way around this problem? If he creates a new login with his new email, how would he get all his boxes moved to that new ownership? Thanks for any help.

P.S. I hope the webmasters do still exist and they haven't abandoned LBNA like most other people. I for one still use it almost exclusively and appreciate all they have done in the past.
Re: LBNA Access
I'm not a webmaster by any means but I'm not clear on what exactly the problem is. The old email should still work for a login name whether it really still exists or not as long as he has the password. Is the problem really that he doesn't know the password?
Re: LBNA Access
The problem is that if the email no longer exists, the login no longer works, whether you know the password or not. At least, that is what he says.

That is what I thought, too, but his login no longer works for whatever reason. He has contacted the Webmasters but has not gotten a reply, nor have I about LBNA being unavailable so much lately. We really need the Webmasters to answer email or post here, if for no other reason than to assure us they still exist.

This is starting to get a little weird. Choi posted to AQ today. It was nothing about LbNA, I don't even remember what it was about now.

Re: [LbNA] Re: LBNA Access
So we now have to communicate with the LBNA webmaster on AQ? Say it ain't so!
Still doesn't explain why LBNA server keeps going down, either. Are we running out of space or some other problem?

Re: LBNA Access
On the bigger question of Where In The World Are The LbNA Webmasters, sorry to say I think our Webmaster email isn't forwarding properly. Since we use a yahoogroup for that, I assume it has something to do with the ever-popular change to "Neo," but I really don't know.
You can email us directly (webmasters-lbna at yahoogroups dot com) if you like.
Sorry we're seeming so incognito, Jay in CT
Re: LBNA Access
Thanks Jay, glad to hear y'all are still around, and we do appreciate all you do! The letterboxer is Boots Tex, but he says his new login now works and he has access to his boxes. Not sure if Choi did something behind the scene, but he is good to go now. Thanks for replying and hope you are doing well.
